Policies

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cielo Wellbeing policies require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule massage or yoga appointments. Less will result in a 100% charge for your scheduled appointment.

GUEST POLICIES

Policies for clients under the age of 18 years of age require that they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all massage and yoga appointments.

Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if a wheel chair access is required.

Services are provided for one individual at a time.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment may be made by either bank transfer or cash.

All payments must be made prior to, at the time of, or by 5pm the day the service is rendered.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

The Cielo Wellbeing gift certificate does not guarantee a specific date or time, so please call in advance to ensure availability and to book your appointment.

Any gift certificate is valid for six months from date of purchase and is non-refundable. Nor is it redeemable for cash.

Any unused portion of a gift certificate is forfeited after the expiration date unless arrangement has been made with Cielo Wellbeing.
